Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Workday Financials Reporting Consultant on a contract basis to design and deliver robust reporting solutions.

You will gather stakeholder requirements, build Advanced/Matrix/Composite dashboards, validate data, and work with Finance to improve reporting processes. Hybrid/Remote UK role with start ASAP and day-rate negotiable based on experience.

Strong communication and independence are essential to drive enterprise Workday reporting projects forward.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday Financials Reporting.
• Hands-on experience creating Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale Workday environments.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday Financials reports and dashboards.
• Gather reporting requirements from finance and business stakeholders.
• Develop a range of reports including Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Dashboard Reporting.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Support data validation, testing, and report optimisation activities.
• Partner with finance teams to improve reporting processes and data visibility.
• Provide expertise around Workday reporting best practices and functionality.
• Support ongoing Workday Financials projects, enhancements, and system improvements.
