Job summary

Deloitte’s Workday Finance Manager role focuses on delivering Workday financial solutions, leading design and configuration across key modules. You will work with business leaders to map requirements, shape overall solution architecture, and guide end-to-end delivery within a highly collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Finance Certification (R2R, P2P or Accounting Centre)
• Finance technology background with ERP/Cloud experience
• Experience transforming finance processes using Workday
• Ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive workshop facilitation

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and solution architecture for Workday modules (R2R/P2P/C2C)
• Lead advisory and delivery projects from strategy to design and delivery
• Map business requirements to Workday configurations across GL, Suppliers, Customers
• Develop end-to-end Workday solutions and end-to-end processes with technology enablement
• Lead executive workshops and translate business objectives into pragmatic designs
• Promote an inclusive culture and risk awareness in ERP delivery projects
