Job summary

England Hockey is seeking an inspirational Head Coach to lead the Great Britain and England Women's programme to Olympic success and beyond. You will build a high-performance culture, develop exceptional athletes and people, and deliver medals at Olympic Games and major championships through close collaboration with the Performance Director and a multidisciplinary team.

Based at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre with extensive travel, the role requires proven success at World Championship or

Qualifications

Proven success leading high-performance programmes at World Championship and/or Olympic level.
Exceptional technical and tactical understanding of the international game.
Inspiring leadership, strong judgement and resilience under pressure.
A holistic, athlete-centred approach to developing people and teams.
Relevant high-performance coaching qualifications.

Responsibilities

Lead the preparation, selection and performance of the GB and England Women's teams.
Work with the Performance Director and a multi-disciplinary team to deliver an integrated performance strategy.
Build partnerships across England Hockey, GB Hockey, Hockey Wales and Scottish Hockey.
