Job summary

Worthing College Academy of Sport is seeking a dynamic Women’s Rugby Performance Coach to join our nationally recognised environment. You will lead the Women’s Rugby Performance Programme, coaching and supporting athletes to excel on the field while pursuing academic achievement.

Are you an ambitious, energetic and inspiring Women's Rugby Coach looking to make a real impact in a nationally recognised performance environment? The Worthing College Academy of Sport, one of the UK’s leading FE sports academies, is seeking a dynamic coach to join our outstanding Women's Rugby Performance Programme.

As our Women’s Rugby Performance Coach, you will:

• Coach and support the Women's Rugby Performance Programme.
• Work closely with our Academy of Sport staff to deliver a high-quality student experience.
• Help athletes balance sporting excellence with academic achievement.
• Contribute to the culture and ethos of one of the country’s top FE sports academies.

The working pattern for this role will be Mondays and Fridays 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm (training), Wednesdays 12.00 pm - 4.00 pm (matches)
