Qualifications

• 15+ years of wireless design and architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in microarchitecture, microcontroller development, and wireless product implementation.
• Strong knowledge of BLE, UWB, and Wi‑Fi standards.
• Familiarity with ARM and RISC core architectures.
• Experience with functional safety (FuSa) and cybersecurity standards for embedded products.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
• Travel time up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define the architecture of complex Bluetooth, UWB, and Wi‑Fi SoC solutions, including core selection and memory subsystems.
• Own peripheral architecture, including programming models and interfaces.
• Conduct feasibility studies and architectural trade-off analyses to meet cost and feature targets.
• Drive product innovation and differentiating solutions for market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with firmware teams to ensure strong software support for wireless products.
