Job summary

The ideal candidate has strong Wi‑Fi experience, CCNA preferred, and can commute to Farnborough full-time initially. A customer‑facing role with project delivery duties awaits.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial Wi‑Fi experience in MSP/NOC environments.
• Experience designing, deploying, troubleshooting or optimising wireless networks.
• Wi‑Fi survey experience is highly beneficial.
• Ekahau experience is beneficial but not essential.
• CCNA is preferred; in-date CCNA is strongly preferred for top salary.
• MSP/NOC or Service Desk background is advantageous.
• Ability to commute to Farnborough five days a week for initial period.
• UK right to work and five years' residency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical escalation point within the NOC.
• Design, deploy, troubleshoot and optimise Wi‑Fi and network solutions.
• Deliver professional services including installs, upgrades, migrations and on-site work.
• Conduct Wi‑Fi surveys and produce technical documentation and diagrams.
• Support complex wireless incidents and root cause analysis.
• Mentor and support junior engineers in the team.
