WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks a senior, programme-facing leader to embed wellbeing and psychosocial risk into major infrastructure programmes. You will work with Programme Directors and clients to shape governance, delivery models and workforce performance, driving practical, evidence-based interventions.

Travel across the UK&I is required; the role offers hybrid working, a supportive benefits package and opportunities to influence standards across high-profile projects.

Formación

• Significant experience working within complex major programmes
• Deep understanding of programme governance and financial models
• Credible expertise in organisational wellbeing or psychosocial risk

Responsabilidades

• Lead major programme leadership and integration
• Embed wellbeing and psychosocial risk into governance and delivery
• Provide strategic advice during mobilisation, transformation and recovery
• Influence client relationships and bids with wellbeing propositions
• Share lessons to strengthen capability across UK&I and globally
