Job summary

West London NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner to supervise Educational Mental Health Practitioners and deliver evidence-based mental health interventions to children and families within schools in the Hounslow area. You will work under a Team Lead, contributing to service development and day-to-day operational functioning of the Mental Health Support Team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Senior Wellbeing Practitioner with PGDip EMHP and PCert SWP.
• Experience delivering evidence-based mental health interventions to children in schools.
• Experience supervising trainee or qualified EMHPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and skills-based supervision to EMHPs and trainees.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to children, young people and families in schools.
• Support Team Lead and managers with service development and operational functioning of the team.
• Develop supervision skills in staff and contribute to a diverse team.
