Your Role: The Visionary Behind the “I Do”

As Senior Wedding Planner, you’ll play a leading role in designing and delivering our most iconic weddings—from initial concept to flawless execution. This position requires a balance of creative vision, strategic thinking, client relationship expertise, and calm, confident leadership.

You’ll work closely with high-net-worth clients, renowned creatives, and international partners to bring to life deeply personal, elegantly curated celebrations that reflect the Alice Wilkes ethos of artistry and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Event Strategy

• Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, ensuring a seamless and personal planning experience
• Lead the full design and planning process for bespoke weddings across global destinations
• Translate visions into meaningful, luxurious experiences that feel both intentional and extraordinary
• Refine and enhance the client journey—from first consultation through post-event follow-up

Creative Direction & Production Oversight

• Develop creative concepts, design boards, and immersive storylines tailored to each couple
• Collaborate with top stylists, venues, florists, and artists to bring your vision to life
• Ensure each design detail and guest experience meets the highest standard of quality and elegance

Team Collaboration & Project Leadership

• Manage timelines and workflows across multiple projects with precision and grace
• Support and collaborate with junior planners, freelancers, and event coordinators
• Embody and promote the Alice Wilkes standard of luxury, service, and innovation

Vendor & Partnership Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with leading venues and premium suppliers
• Oversee budget management, timelines, and vendor communications
• Maintain and expand our exclusive global network of trusted partners

Strategic Growth & Brand Contribution

• Identify trends and opportunities that keep our weddings at the forefront of the luxury market
• Collaborate with our marketing and PR teams to showcase standout events and editorial work
• Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and creative showcases

What You Bring

• 6+ years in luxury wedding planning or high-end event production
• Proven success delivering exceptional weddings with budgets of £350K+
• An impeccable eye for detail and love for refined, editorial aesthetics
• Calm, confident leadership and excellent organisational skills
• Strong client-facing and communication abilities
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends when needed
• Proficiency in CRM systems and industry-standard planning tools
• Discretion, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence

• Fluency in multiple languages
• Experience planning destination weddings across the UK, Europe, and the US
• A background in fashion, luxury hospitality, or interior design
