Job summary

MONY Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Quidco web experience and guide delivery of the next phase of our product vision. You will shape priorities, manage the roadmap, and work with the App Product Manager to align web and app experiences for customers.

You will drive data-informed decisions, collaborate with multiple teams, and explore AI-enabled enhancements to accelerate learning and improve cashback discovery for millions of UK users.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience delivering customer-facing digital products and journeys.
• Strong track record taking complex work from idea through delivery, launch and iteration.
• Comfortable working autonomously to implement strategic direction and deliver outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, navigating competing priorities and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and delivery for Quidco's web experience, aligned to customer and commercial outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear product plans, requirements, sequencing, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with the App Product Manager to create cohesive web and app experiences.
• Collaborate with web engineering, design, data, CRM, commercial and operations teams to move opportunities from shaping to delivery.
• Manage prioritisation, backlogs, dependencies, risks and trade-offs to maintain momentum.
• Use product analytics and customer insights to understand behaviour and measure impact of improvements.
• Define hypotheses and run experiments across acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention, including AI-enabled tests.
