Job summary

Legora is seeking a Senior Web Designer and Framer ninja to own how Legora shows up on the web. You’ll join the Brand team to elevate Legora.com beyond conventional standards, collaborating with Brand Designers and Product Marketing to bring campaigns and product stories to life online.

You’ll drive design systems in Framer, craft fast, engaging experiences, and work with agencies when needed, using AI tools to speed ideation while preserving quality.

Qualifications

• Portfolio pushes category norms in web design.
• Own complex web work end-to-end, from concept to live site.
• Strong interaction, motion and storytelling sensibilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong taste.
• Care about performance as much as polish; use data to sharpen decisions.
• You've worked in Framer (this is a must have); coding is a plus.
• Know how to get the most from agencies without depending on them.
• You use AI tools daily to work faster without losing quality.
• Collaborate naturally across Copy, Web Editor, Product Marketing and Design.

Responsibilities

• Legora.com end-to-end ownership; think outside the box about what's possible.
• Design and iterate on landing pages and interactive brand moments.
• Contribute to and maintain the web design system in Framer.
• Design interactions, motion and prototypes for lifelike web narratives.
• Ensure every page is fast, responsive across devices.
• Test layouts with Growth and Performance Marketing using data-driven insights.
• Own how the site is structured and maintained with the Web Editor.
• Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to elevate expression.
• Work with cross-functional teams to keep execution on track.
• Use AI tools to speed ideation and iteration without compromising quality.
