Legora is hiring a Staff Product Designer in London, the first designer in our office, partnering closely with product and engineering to shape direction, bring clarity to ambiguous problems, and deliver best-in-class interaction and visual design across our products and teams.

This hands-on role blends product strategy with craft, raises the design bar, and explores new AI-enabled workflows to move faster.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex, high-impact products.
• Exceptional craft in interaction and visual design, connecting details to the bigger picture.
• Comfortable owning ambiguity and bringing clarity across teams and product areas.
• Ability to move between hands-on design and product strategy.
• Excellent communication, influencing direction across product, engineering and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across multiple product areas, creating coherence across complex workflows and experiences.
• Shape product strategy: frame the hardest problems, influence roadmaps, and turn ambiguity into bold, practical solutions.
• Raise the bar for design craft, accessibility, and usability across Legora’s product.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to balance speed and experience quality.
• Explore new directions, from zero-to-one concepts to scaled launches.
• Experiment with AI to improve design outcomes, faster.
• Help Legora attract exceptional design talent in London.
