Qualifications

• Proven administration experience within Financial Planning.
• Proficient with MS Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Financial Planning products.

Responsibilities

• Manage sophisticated client documentation and amendments for high net‑worth portfolios.
• Process subscriptions, allowances, and complex client arrangements.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance across systems.
• Mentor Wealth Administrators and lead office projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external providers.
