Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Watersports Instructor to join our Alton Water team on a permanent basis.

You will lead a small group of instructors, manage online bookings, conduct risk assessments and help ensure safe, memorable experiences on the reservoir. We require a RYA Senior Instructor Qualification, at least two years of senior-instructor experience, and a valid First Aid certificate.

Qualifications

• RYA Senior Instructor Qualification is required.
• At least 2 years experience as a Senior instructor.
• Experience leading a team of instructors is desirable.
• A valid First Aid certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities team and instructors.
• Manage online bookings and risk assessments.
• Conduct building inspections and Fire Alarm testing per policy.
• Handle daily/weekly banking and support Aquapark operations.
