Job summary

Anglian Water at Alton Water Park in Suffolk is seeking a Senior Watersports Instructor on a permanent contract. You will support the Activities Manager and lead a team delivering activities such as sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, and power boating to visitors.

Responsibilities include online booking management, risk assessments, site inspections, incident reporting, and daily operations of the Aquapark; you must hold the RYA Senior Instructor qualification, have 2 years as a senior instructor,

Qualifications

• RYA Senior Instructor qualification required.
• Experience leading a team of instructors (desirable).
• First Aid certificate required.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities at Alton Water and support the Activities Manager.
• Online booking management.
• Risk assessment writing / reviews.
• Building inspections and Fire Alarm testing in line with company policy and legal requirements.
• Accident and incident reporting.
• Daily / Weekly banking and cash handling.
