Job summary

Systems Design Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer/Project Manager focused on water and wastewater projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical integrity, and manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.

The role requires a PE license in PA, 10+ years of experience, and proficiency with Civil 3D or ArcGIS. You will mentor staff, support business development, and help advance regulatory compliance across PA projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PA).
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in wastewater collection and treatment, water treatment and distribution, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in design and execution of civil, environmental, municipal, and infrastructure projects.
• Serve as technical lead and engineer-of-record on projects.
• Oversee calculations, reports, permitting documents, design plans, and QA/QC reviews.
• Interact with clients, the public, design teams, and agencies.
• Manage engineering scopes, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC reviews.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff and support business development.
