Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary capital programmes in the water industry. You will drive delivery from design to commissioning, manage project teams, and ensure outcomes align with cost, time, and quality targets.

Ideally Chartered with experience across regulated water projects and a strong commercial approach. Driving license and a proactive, collaborative mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Chartered status or working towards chartership.
• Experience delivering portfolios of programs or projects, ideally in water sector / regulated industry.
• Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) preferred.
• Experience in water and wastewater projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sustainable financial out-performance against approved budgets.
• Manage all contract matters commercially to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Develop and deliver optimized projects to meet deadlines and targets.
• Provide technical solutions delivering value for money on capital and whole-life cost.
• Oversee performance management of service providers to ensure value for money and SLAs.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues to minimize impact and maximize opportunities.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on project matters.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and processes.
