Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior/Principal Process Engineer to join our Water Solutions team in London, St Albans, Croydon or Basingstoke. You will lead the design and delivery of water and wastewater processes across long-term frameworks and client sites, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role offers hybrid working across Southern UK locations with occasional site travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry/Biological Science required.
• Chartered status or progress toward chartered status preferred.
• Experience in water/wastewater projects beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of water and wastewater process solutions.
• Produce and review PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances and technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and solve complex engineering challenges for delivery.
