Job summary

GEDA Construction Company is looking for an experienced site project manager to oversee water infrastructure projects in Northern Ireland. You will lead the site team, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and manage subcontractors while maintaining client communications and adherence to drawings, specifications and programme requirements.

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or other industry related qualification.
• 5+ years previous experience in a similar role, with experience gained in the clean wastewater sector essential.
• Valid site cards and full driving licence would be essential.
• Ability to work in a team, deadline focused, a positive attitude instilling motivation in your team to hit KPIs.
• Ability to use your own initiative and take responsibility for projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and report progress to support site management.
• Lead and coordinate the site team, manage subcontractors, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Attend sub-contractor and client meetings to foster positive working relationships.
• Draft and review RAMS, monitor environmental controls and quality standards, and complete ITPs.
• Follow best practice guidance and ensure compliance with company procedures and information management systems.
• Manage setting out and CAD-related tasks to ensure construction meets design tolerances and client requirements.
• Undertake other duties as required by the role.
