INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee civil engineering works across Northern Ireland, including Donegal and surrounding border counties. The role involves managing on-site delivery, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring project progress and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have proven site management experience in civil engineering, strong reading of drawings, and the ability to travel to project locations across NI.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Site Manager or Supervisor in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and health & safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across Northern Ireland and border counties.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site operatives and suppliers to progress works.
• Monitor project progress, quality and programme requirements.
• Ensure all works comply with health and safety standards and site procedures.
• Liaise with project management, engineers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate site records and report on progress and requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related challenges to support delivery.
