Job summary

Amazon AWS EMEA Water Team seeks a Senior Water Infrastructure Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of external water infrastructure across our data center network in the UK. You will help scope, plan, procure, and physically deliver complex water projects that ensure reliable supply and scalable, future-proof operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in project management or as a project lead including RFQ/RFP process, budgeting, coordinating multiple consultant teams and meetings.
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities (data centers, power generation or oil and gas).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of external water infrastructure solutions from scoping to delivery.
• Manage 3rd party design consultants, develop requirements, budgets, permits and schedules.
• Prepare project contracts, milestone payments and procurement paths.
• Lead delivery with programmatic leadership through legal and procurement.
• Budget management and securing internal funding for projects.
• Prepare investment papers for water reinforcement projects to ensure supply.
• Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders across functions.
