Job summary

AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) is seeking a Senior Water Infrastructure Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of water infrastructure across the AWS global data center network. Lead external partners, manage budgets, and coordinate with regulators and internal teams to ensure scalable, cost-efficient water solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Experience in project management including RFQ/RFP process, selecting engineering teams, developing budgets, coordinating multiple consultant teams and facilitating meetings.
• Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities (data centers, power generation, oil and gas) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of external water infrastructure solutions, from scoping to physical delivery.
• Manage 3rd party design consultants, develop and document requirements, budgets, business cases, permitting and project schedules.
• Prepare project contracts, milestone payments and schedules; navigate legal reviews and procurement pathways.
• Build and maintain delivery program and project budget, securing finance for project delivery.
• Prepare investment and business case papers to secure internal funding for water reinforcement projects.
