Arcadis is seeking a Senior Wastewater Modeller to join its Water Management team. The role can be undertaken from any Arcadis office in England & Wales, with Birmingham as a key hub.

You will lead hydraulic modelling projects for wastewater infrastructure and collaborate with designers and clients to deliver robust solutions. You will review models for quality, support design at concept and detailed stages, and contribute to advancing the team’s technical capabilities while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in hydraulic modelling for wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of InfoWorks ICM is beneficial.
• Proficiency with GIS software packages for spatial data handling.
• Strong ability to analyse spreadsheet data for model inputs/outputs.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.

Responsabilités

• Deliver wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure modelling projects; manage tasks of varying scales.
• Review and verify wastewater models; oversee survey specifications and model build.
• Develop strategic solutions to mitigate flooding and CSO spills.
• Ensure outputs (reports, drawings, specs) meet standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with other engineering/environmental specialists and liaise with project leadership.
