Momentum Instore is seeking a Senior Team Leader to oversee daily packaging operations, manage staff, monitor line performance and ensure safety and quality. You will drive productivity, coordinate workflows and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead shifts, train staff, manage attendance, and ensure timely dispatch of customer orders while upholding high standards of health and safety and inventory control.

Competenze

• Proactive and driven candidate with energy, leadership and operational expertise in a warehouse setting.
• Strong WMS experience and digital logistics tooling to enhance performance.
• Track record of motivating teams in logistics, e-commerce, warehouse or manufacturing.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work first time.
• Confident IT use (Excel/Word/Outlook) to support daily management.
• Safety conscious with solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

Mansioni

• Drive daily workloads, optimise labour, and ensure on-time dispatch and SLAs.
• Lead, motivate and develop teams through shift briefings and training.
• Oversee stock accuracy and WMS-driven inventory processes, including audits.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to boost productivity.
• Coordinate projects and resources for aftermarket client demands.
