The role reports to the Warehouse & Operations Manager and requires 5+ years in a senior warehouse supervisory role, with strong stock control, WMS experience, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior warehouse supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control and distribution processes.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve daily targets.
• Conduct daily team briefings and communicate priorities, workload and safety updates.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet changing customer demands and delivery schedules.
• Monitor picking, packing and dispatch activities to ensure accuracy and service levels.
• Oversee stock movements and inventory control and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure housekeeping standards and a safe working environment at all times.
• Support staff development through coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate with transport providers for collections and outbound deliveries.
