Senior Warehouse Operative

Our client based in Aylesbury is looking to expand their team and is recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Operative to join their fantastic team. The business is unique in the industry and offers a family feel and friendly working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working across different departments in the warehouse, primarily involving goods in, out, and dispatch.
2. Lifting products up to 25kg; the ideal candidate must be physically fit and capable of handling loads.
3. Collaborating with the senior management team to develop new ideas for the business with an analytical approach.
4. Understanding of MHE equipment; RT Licence would be advantageous.
5. Adopting a can-do attitude when taking on new challenges and tasks.

Person Profile:

1. Higher education is desirable.
2. Experience in the food and/or beverage manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
3. Own transport is essential due to the remote location of the site.
4. A positive work attitude and a desire to commit to a long-term future with a growing business.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00. Salary to be discussed at the pre-screen stage.
