Job Overview

We are currently recruiting a highly motivated Senior Warehouse Operative - Nightshift to join our team in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. The role involves assisting with warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, and forklift operation, while following company and safety standards. The position offers a salary of £32,432.09 and a shift allowance of £1,872 per annum, working Sunday to Thursday from 22:00 to 06:00.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely handle products during inbound and outbound processes, adhering to procedures
• Handle goods to minimize damage and follow manual handling techniques
• Support warehouse operations and assist the Team Leader in coordinating daily tasks
• Act as the Team Leader during absences, managing shifts and communication with management
• Operate WMS SCALE (preferred), RF scanners, and manual handling equipment appropriately
• Maintain safety standards, conduct equipment checks, and update site Risk Assessments and work instructions
• Contribute to process and procedure improvements for efficiency and customer service

Key Skills

• Literate and numerate
• Previous warehouse experience (advantage)
• Operational experience with WMS SCALE
• Experience with RF scanners
• Manual handling techniques awareness
• Counterbalance, Reach, or T20 forklift licenses (advantage)
