Whitworths Ltd in Irthlingborough is seeking a Senior Operative to lead and support a busy warehouse team. The role covers receiving, storing and despatching goods, ensuring accuracy and achieving productivity targets, with a focus on safety, GMP and continuous improvement across shifts.

The position offers a permanent full-time contract with a 3pm–11pm fixed shift and a flexible 5-from-7 rota. You will work closely with the Team Leader and other departments to maintain audit-ready operations

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored and despatched accurately.
• Achieve productivity targets and complete effective shift handovers.
• Champion continuous improvement, quality, safety, GMP and 6S standards and identify opportunities to improve processes.
