Whitworths is seeking a Senior Operative to lead warehouse teams on a 3pm–11pm shift, 5 from 7 days. You will support day‑to‑day operations, ensure accurate receiving, storage and despatch, and drive productivity while upholding safety, GMP and 6S standards.

• Experience in warehouse leadership and driving performance.
• Ability to monitor performance and maintain training records.
• Familiarity with GMP and 6S standards and audit readiness.
