InPost Ltd. is seeking a Senior Supervisor for our Coventry (Newstrade) operation. You will lead daily warehouse activities, coach a team, and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient delivery operations in a fast-paced environment.

Based at InPost Distribution, Coventry, this role focuses on driving performance, maintaining stock integrity, and fostering an engaging, high-performing team culture. Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30, salary £38,981.72 per annum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and stock control processes.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and delivering operational performance targets.
• Sound understanding of health and safety legislation and best practice.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and compliance across the site.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements.
• Coordinate stock control, inbound/outbound processes and liaise with internal teams and partners.
