Job summary

Rick Stein Restaurants in Poole is seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to join our front-of-house team. You will lead a section, share expert knowledge of our menus, wines and daily specials, and deliver relaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest.

You will work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service, mentor junior team members, and uphold the high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times. A genuine passion for hospitality and seafood is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous waiting experience with confidence running a section independently.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests.
• Genuine interest in food, wine, and seafood.
