Cytix is seeking a hands-on engineer in Manchester to rapidly prototype, ship MVPs, and transform ideas into polished user experiences. You’ll work across the stack with product, design, and engineering teams, operating with a high degree of independence.

You’ll build frontend features with TypeScript and Vue3, contribute to backend services with Node/Bun/Koa, and collaborate to improve platform performance and reliability. Hybrid work and exciting equity options are included.

Qualifications

• Experience building modern frontend apps with TypeScript and Vue3.
• Backend experience with Node.js and relational databases is required.
• Familiar with PostgreSQL, Prisma, AWS, and REST APIs.
• Ability to move quickly, decide pragmatically, and ship iteratively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

• Build and ship end-to-end product features.
• Lead rapid prototyping and MVP development.
