Michael Page Technology is seeking a Front-end Vue Engineer for a London-based role. You will join a small, 10-person team working on a brand-new AI-focused product, with hybrid work (3 days in Central London).

The role emphasizes fast, scalable UI development, code quality, and collaboration with backend teams. Ideal candidates bring VueJS, TypeScript, and SPA experience; knowledge of real-time data and UI component libraries is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must have VueJS and SPA development experience.
• Experience with Vuex, Pinia, Vite, and TypeScript is required.
• Familiarity with modern front-end toolchains (Rollup, Vitest/Playwright) is beneficial.
• Experience in AI-focused product environments is a plus.

Description

• Design and build scalable web applications within the VueJs ecosystem
• Owning and building high-traffic applications with a focus on speed and user experience
• Proactively identifying and implementing improvements to architecture, performance and code quality
• Collaborating with colleagues and peers to ideate, plan, and organize large-scale projects
• Contribute and help maintain the company-wide Vue UI Component Library
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate UI/UX designs effectively.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to industry standards.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and front-end technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and implement project requirements.

Profile

Must haves:

• VueJS
• Single page application development
• Vuex
• Pinia / Vite
• TypeScript
• Vite
• Rollup
• Vitest or Playwright
• AI - prompt engineering or AI-assisted development (Claude, Cursor etc)
• Worked on a broker platform, trading or similar industry experience a huge plus

Nice to haves:

• Experience with real-time data (WebSockets, SSE or similar)
• AG Grid, Prime Vue
• UI state management systems such as Pina, Redux, and UI design systems.
