Qualifications

• 5+ years proven agency or studio experience across a variety of industries designing for digital experiences.
• Excellence in designing brand and/or systematic design experiences across multiple channels.
• Fluency in English and able to verbally communicate with North American team members and clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to defend great work with passion and clarity.
• Strategic thinker with ability to synthesize inputs from UX and narrative into a compelling design solution.
• Collaborative team player, able to guide junior designers and contribute to a positive design culture.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Strong prioritization skills and a solutions-based mindset.
• Proficient in AI tools and current design practices, including Figma and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute highly polished visual designs on brand for multiple platforms.
• Present high-fidelity design concepts and directions to stakeholders.
• Maintain a high standard of design, presentation, and collaboration.
• Champion new AI practices and evolving design methodologies.
• Create motion-aware prototypes and UI concepts using Figma and AI tools.
• Develop and document design systems, style guides, and brand artifacts for development.
• Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, copywriters, creative directors, and developers.
• Build and sustain strong working relationships within and outside the design group.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a dynamic design culture.
