We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
  • Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
  • Understands and proposes applications of research methods tailored to specific questions
  • Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, and results to stakeholders
  • Aligns business and team development goals and proactively seeks new opportunities
  • Collaborates across business units

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
  • Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables
  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Mentoring and developing team members
  • Participating in strategic planning and resource discussions
  • Supporting team communication and morale
  • Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals
  • Building trusted client partnerships and driving business growth
  • Identifying hiring needs for growth opportunities
  • Travel may be required, domestically and internationally

Requisite experience and qualifications:

  • 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
  • Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
  • Experience leading research teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
