Prospect Health is assisting a well‑established, multi‑branch practice in South London in recruiting a Senior Veterinary Surgeon for their Croydon clinic.

This sole-charge GP role offers autonomy with regional support, a supportive team of RVNs, and a nearby referral hospital for complex cases. You will mentor a fellow vet rotating between branches and contribute to ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Veterinary Surgeon in a busy clinic.
• Ability to lead a team and mentor colleagues across branches.
• Strong clinical skills in small animal GP with sole charge capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Croydon clinic as a sole charge GP.
• Provide clinical oversight with support from nearby 24‑hour hospital.
• Mentor a rotating vet across local branches and maintain high standards.
