This sole-charge GP role offers autonomy with regional support, a supportive team of RVNs, and a nearby referral hospital for complex cases. You will mentor a fellow vet rotating between branches and contribute to ongoing development.

Are you an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to step into a rewarding senior role with autonomy, support, and excellent development potential?

We're delighted to be supporting a well-established, multi-branch independent-style group practice in South London that's looking to welcome a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to lead their Croydon-based clinic.

This is a sole charge GP role supported by an experienced regional management team, dedicated RVNs, and access to a fully equipped referral hospital nearby for complex cases. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact within a friendly, supportive environment while mentoring a fellow vet who rotates between neighbouring branches.

The Role

• Senior Veterinary Surgeon Small Animal, GP focus
• Sole charge position with full clinical support from a nearby 24-hour hospital
• Responsible for supporting and guiding an additional Vet across local branches
• Flexible rota: Tuesday to Friday, with a shared Saturday and 1:10 Sunday rotation
• No on-call commitments
• Accommodation available locally if required
