The Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and dynamic team at Maidstone. We’re looking for someone with clinical experience in medical, diagnostic, and surgical work. If you’ve got a certificate in dermatology, that’s a bonus but it’s not a must.

What really matters is that you’re a clear, honest communicator who leads by example, sets high standards of care, and brings others along with you. You’ll be someone who champions the practice, supports your team’s growth, and helps create a positive, collaborative working environment.

The role also involves line-managing vet colleagues, including regular PDRs and 1:1s, so a supportive and proactive approach to team development is key, along with a passion for continually improving the care we give to our clients and their pets.
