Job summary

ERSG Ltd. is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager on a contract basis to support the delivery of a new-build Service Operation Vessel within the offshore wind sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SOV new-build procurement and offshore wind context.
• Strong negotiation and contract-management skills.
• Experience working with shipyards, OEMs and marine suppliers.
• Developer/owner-side experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities across the SOV new-build programme.
• Manage tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contract award for key vessel packages.
• Develop and manage procurement strategies, schedules and supplier relationships.
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to align with vessel design.
• Manage long-lead and critical-path equipment.
• Lead commercial negotiations with shipyards, OEMs and marine suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, programme, costs and procurement risks.
• Support contract and supplier management throughout vessel construction.
• Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities.
