Job summary

Wight Shipyard Co. in East Cowes on the Isle of Wight is seeking an experienced Commissioning Trials Manager within the Project Management Services team to lead the commissioning and trials of our vessels.

You will coordinate dockside and sea trials, liaise with customers, suppliers, classification societies and maritime authorities, and drive safety and quality through to final vessel acceptance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant seafaring and shipyard or shipowner experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of vessel systems and equipment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and planning skills.
• A proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities
