Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK is seeking a Service Technician Level 3 to join our Technical Services team at the Chipping Warden facility near Banbury. You will maintain, service and repair a wide range of cars and vans to manufacturer standards in a professional automotive environment.

You will hold City & Guilds Levels 1–3 in Motor Vehicle Studies (or a Higher BTEC) with workshop experience, perform PDIs, servicing and repairs, brake work and tyre fitting, and use AssetCare to manage jobs and record

Qualifications

• Must hold City & Guilds Levels 1–3 in Motor Vehicle Studies or equivalent.
• Higher BTEC qualification acceptable.
• Experience in vehicle workshop environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work in a team and manage own workload.
• Willingness to learn and undertake manufacturer training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PDIs, servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Perform brake replacement and tyre fitting.
• Use AssetCare system to manage jobs and record labour time.
• Keep workshop records up to date and add technician notes.
• Collaborate with technicians, Garage Support, Inspection and Client Services.
• Identify vehicle defects and report repairs not possible on site.
• Maintain a safe, clean workshop and report faulty equipment.
