A well-regarded automotive retailer in Lincoln seeks a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their growing workshop team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, possess an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, and be confident in diagnostics and problem-solving. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a main dealer or similar workshop.
• Full UK driving licence.
• MOT licence is a bonus; training can be provided.

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Perform diagnostics and fault finding using the latest tools.
• Complete MOT preparation and associated repair work.
• Maintain accurate service and repair records.
• Support a positive workshop culture.
