Perfect Placement represents a reputable main dealer in York seeking a skilled Master Vehicle Technician to join their team. This opportunity offers excellent earning potential and job security within a well-established group.

Benefits include a basic salary up to £44,600 for a Master Vehicle Technician, with average bonuses of around £11,400 and total earnings near £56,000. No weekend work and full manufacturer training from the start are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or equivalent in vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own comprehensive set of tools.
• Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service a range of vehicles to a high standard.
• Conduct diagnostic checks and identify faults.
• Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, or general faults in accordance with DVSA standards.
• Complete complex mechanical tasks.
• Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical advice where necessary.
• Maintain high standards of work quality and health and safety regulations.
