Job summary

Hills Ford Worcester, part of the Hills Automotive Group, is recruiting for an experienced vehicle technician/mechanic based at Hindlip Lane, Worcester. The role requires strong service and repair skills on cars and light commercial vehicles to Ford standards and a willingness to work to targets within a busy franchised dealership.

We expect at least 5 years at a franchised dealer or independent garage, with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a franchised dealer or independent garage/repair centre.
• Competent in service and repair of cars and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Class 4 MOT licence preferred but not essential.
• Ford training will be provided and there is opportunity for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and repair work to manufacturer standards.
• Aim for first-time fixes and maintain high quality workmanship.
• Maintain productivity within agreed time frames in a busy dealership environment.
• Be a good team player and support colleagues to meet targets.
