Responsibilities

• Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer training and standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes.

Skills

Full UK driving licence

Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles

MOT Tester qualification

Verbal and written English skills

Experience in a franchised dealership

Education

Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3)
