Job summary

A Senior Vehicle Technician is required in the Lincoln area for an automotive repair shop. You will join a team of skilled technicians, focusing on diagnosing complex faults and carrying out advanced repairs.

Our client offers a competitive basic salary up to £45,000, a supportive management team, and a unique bonus structure based on hours sold, with no client-driven pressure. Monday to Friday work pattern and a collaborative workshop environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Be fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician in a franchised environment.
• Strong experience in Diagnostic Repair.
• Methodical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing complex faults.
• Offering expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop.
• Working on complex repairs.
• Assisting newer team members with training.
• Working closely with the Workshop Controller.

Senior Technician required for Automotive repair shop in the Lincoln area.

Our Client, an Automotive repair shop is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join their team of hardworking Vehicle Technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing Complex Faults
• Offering your expertise as a Senior Vehicle Technician to colleagues and supporting them within the workshop
• Working on Complex Repairs
• Assisting the ‘newer’ members of the team with their training
• Working closely with the Workshop Controller

Requirements:

• Be a fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Experience within a Senior Vehicle Technician position in a Franchised environment
• A strong working experience within Diagnostic Repair
• Methodical problem-solving skills

For your hard work our Client you will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £45000.

The hours of this Senior Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday.
