Job summary

Logic 360 Group is seeking an experienced VDA Manager to oversee vehicle damage assessments and estimating across the business. You will act as the central authority for VDA standards, supporting local teams, auditing estimates, and ensuring repairs are scoped and costed accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a VDA/Estimating role within automotive repairs.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair estimates and standard methods.
• Experience auditing estimates and ensuring consistency across sites.
• Excellent communication and leadership to guide field teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of control for all VDA and estimating activity.
• Produce, review, and authorise accurate vehicle damage assessments and repair estimates.
• Ensure consistency in estimating standards, labour times and parts usage.
• Provide technical support to Workshop Managers, Estimators and Technicians.
• Conduct site visits and audits to assess estimate quality and process compliance.
• Liaise with insurers, clients and stakeholders to resolve estimate queries and approvals.
• Monitor KPIs such as estimate accuracy and cycle times.
• Drive continuous improvement in estimating processes and capability.
