Qualifications

• Experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or strong understanding of vehicle damage assessment processes.
• Solid knowledge of Audatex and E‑Scribe.
• Excellent communication skills with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Creating precise assessments using images and customer information.
• Requesting additional information for assessment accuracy.
• Conducting end-of-repair assessment reviews.
• Liaising with Engineers to achieve assessment SLAs.
• Providing support to colleagues across the business.
