Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Estimator or VDA in accident repair.
• Knowledge of vehicle damage assessment and repair estimating.
• Experience with estimating systems such as Audatex is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate vehicle damage assessments and repair estimates.
• Assess vehicle damage and identify required work.
• Manage repair authorisations and liaise with insurers and customers.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the accident repair centre.
• Monitor repair progress, productivity and turnaround times.
• Work with Panel Beaters, MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to maintain workflow.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Maintain records and update estimating systems.
