Job summary

Prescient is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead strategic market access efforts across oncology and rare diseases. You will manage complex, high-value pricing and access projects, sponsor client relationships, and guide teams from concept to delivery.

Travel and cross-functional collaboration are integral to the role within a PE-backed growth environment. You will develop depth in select service offerings while broadening the practice's impact across Commercial, Medical, and Competitive

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in market access, pricing, health economics or commercial strategy.
• Strong understanding of drug development, global pricing and HTA.
• Experience in oncology, rare diseases or specialty therapeutics.
• Client-facing PM/ sponsorship experience and line management.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and sponsor multiple value, pricing and access projects across the lifecycle.
• Lead client workshops, oversee proposals, define scope and budget.
• Plan resources and timelines; ensure delivery quality and insights.
• Build client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, medical and strategy teams.
